Live Voice Support, Right Inside Discord
Let members talk to your team over voice instead of typing. Users join a single queue channel, your staff pull them into private support calls one at a time - with estimated wait times, priority queues, call notes and feedback handled automatically.

Current queue
From queue to call in four steps
Voice support runs the whole session for you - queueing, pulling, talking, and wrapping up - so your team can focus on the member, not the logistics.
User joins the queue
A member joins your queue voice channel and instantly gets a DM with their position and estimated wait.
Staff pulls next
Your team clicks Pull Next User on the dashboard - the bot moves the next person into a private support channel.
Talk in private
Member and staff speak one-on-one in a dedicated voice channel, away from the public queue.
Wrap up & log
On end, the bot saves call notes, runs an optional staff debrief and asks the user for feedback.
Dive into every part of Voice Support
Four focused guides covering how the queue runs, the calls you take, the audio your users hear, and the feedback you collect.
Queue & Wait Times
One voice channel, live DM updates, priority roles, and an adaptive wait estimate.
AI Audio
Generate TTS announcements and background music with AI, paid in AI Coins.
Call Management
Pull users one at a time, take notes, and review recent history - no recordings.
Debrief & Feedback
Wrap each call with a staff debrief and an optional star-rating DM.
Live queue with real estimated wait times
A single queue channel keeps everyone in order while the bot DMs each user their live position and an adaptive wait estimate based on your recent call pace. Nobody has to ask "how much longer?" - they always know.

Call notes & per-user history
Staff can drop private notes on any call, and every session - completed or abandoned - is logged with its duration, the assigned staff member and notes. The next person to pick up a member sees their full voice-support history first.

AI Audio: announcements & hold music on demand
Skip the hunt for licensed tracks and voiceovers. Generate spoken announcements and background music straight from the dashboard, preview them, and drop them into your playlists - paid in AI Coins, stored in your server's File Library.
Text-to-Speech
Powered by ElevenLabs
Type a greeting, queue-closed notice or hold-music voiceover in any of dozens of languages, pick a voice, preview it, and add it to your playlist in seconds.
AI Music
Powered by ElevenLabs
Describe the vibe - "warm lo-fi, mellow piano, 70 BPM, no vocals" - pick a length, and generate background music that matches your server, no licensing required.
Waiting music, closed-state music & staff summon
Loop a playlist in the queue channel while members wait, and play a separate track list when voice support is offline so people can sit tight until you reopen. Mix your own uploads freely with AI-generated tracks.
Staff summon
In opening-hours mode, the bot pings your team when members are waiting but nobody's connected yet.
Debriefs for staff, feedback from users
When a call ends, your team can fill out a configurable debrief form, and the member can be sent a star-rating feedback request with custom follow-up questions - both logged automatically.

Everything a voice queue needs, built in
Voice support isn't a bare-bones "join to talk" channel. It's a full system for running fair, trackable, professional voice sessions at scale.
Fair, ordered queue
One queue channel keeps everyone in line, with live DM updates so members always know where they stand.
Smart wait estimates
Estimates adapt to your real call pace, so the wait time members see actually reflects reality.
AI audio built in
Generate announcements and hold music on demand with ElevenLabs - no licensing or file hunting required.
Notes & history that follow users
Every call is logged, so the next staff member picks up with full context instead of starting from scratch.
Per-user blocklist
Block troublesome users from queuing - with an optional reason and expiry. It writes to your server’s shared support blocklist, so they’re kept out of Modmail and tickets too.
Feedback & debriefs
Capture user ratings and staff debriefs after each call to keep raising the quality of your support.
Built for the calls that matter
Wherever a real conversation beats a wall of text, voice support keeps it organized and trackable.
Paid coaching & VIP support
Give priority-role members a fast lane to one-on-one calls, with notes and history that make every session feel personal.
Verification & onboarding calls
Pull new or applying members into a private channel to verify identity or walk them through setup, one at a time.
Community office hours
Run scheduled drop-in voice hours with opening-hours mode, hold music and staff summon so nobody waits in silence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Voice Support is currently an early-access preview. It's live for servers whose owner holds the ScootKit Membership Early Access perk, and it's still evolving based on feedback. Your SCNX plan is separate and unchanged.
No. Voice support doesn't record or store call audio. What it tracks is metadata - session duration, the assigned staff member, the call state, and any private notes staff choose to add - plus optional debrief and feedback responses.
AI audio is paid in AI Coins from your server's balance. Text-to-speech is about 1 Coin per 4 characters, and AI music is about 12 Coins per second of audio. The exact cost is shown live before you generate, and rejected prompts are never charged.
Yes. Any member with one of your configured priority roles is placed ahead of regular users in the queue, so VIPs, subscribers or staff applicants get connected first.
It depends on your state mode. In staff-presence mode the queue closes automatically when all staff leave voice. In opening-hours mode you can keep it open during set hours and enable staff summon, which pings your team when members are waiting but nobody's connected yet.
