Frequently Asked Questions
When a member submits a suggestion with /suggestion, it is posted to your configured suggestions channel with upvote and downvote buttons. A discussion thread is created automatically. Staff can then accept, deny, or comment on the suggestion, and the original embed is updated with the decision.
On the SCNX dashboard, set your starboard channel, choose the emoji (default is a star), and set the minimum number of reactions needed. You can also exclude specific channels from being starboarded and configure whether the author can star their own message.
Yes — once enabled by an admin. Each member gets one chance to restore a broken streak. When their streak breaks, they receive a notification with the option to restore it. After using their restore, they must maintain the streak without interruption or start over from zero.
Invite tracking is highly accurate. The bot monitors all invite links and matches new members to the invite they used. In rare cases where a member joins through a vanity URL or a server discovery, the invite source may be listed as unknown.
Members can have multiple active reminders at once. Reminders can be set for any future time using relative durations (e.g., 2h, 1d) or specific dates. When a reminder fires, the bot pings you in the channel where you originally set it.
