The single source the AI answers from
Every AI answer is built from your FAQ entries - nothing else. Write them in Markdown, see the credit cost live as you type, and the bot handles the rest.

AI FAQ is in beta and rolling out gradually. Your entries are the only thing the AI reads from - it never pulls answers from outside knowledge, so what you write is exactly what members get.
What goes into an entry
Each entry is a topic your members ask about, written the way you'd explain it in chat. Plain Markdown, generous limits, and indexing handled for you.
Markdown
Write entries in plain Markdown - headings, bullet points, links, and bold all work and render naturally in the answer.
Up to 50,000 chars
Each entry's answer can run up to 50,000 characters. Everything within the cap is fully indexed - nothing is silently dropped.
Auto-chunked
On save, the bot splits each entry into searchable chunks of roughly 2,000 characters so the AI can find the right passage.
100 active entries
Keep up to 100 active entries per server. Archived ones don't count toward the limit, so you can park entries without losing them.
Grounded answers
The AI only ever answers from your entries. If a question isn't covered, it says so and offers a ticket instead of inventing something - so members never get a confident wrong answer.

Active, archived, or deleted
Keep your knowledge base tidy without losing anything you might need later. Archiving is free and fully reversible.
Active
The AI uses active entries to answer. These are the only ones that count toward your 100-entry limit.
Archive
Hide an entry from the AI while keeping it in your database. Free, reversible, and it doesn't count against your quota.
Delete
Permanently remove an entry. There's no undo - use it only for content that should never come back.
What it costs to save an entry
Saving an entry indexes it into searchable chunks. That's the only charge - and the editor shows the exact credit cost live before you click save.

Ways teams build their knowledge base
However your support content lives today, there's a quick way to get it in.
Import existing docs
Bring your help articles in straight from .md or .txt files instead of retyping them.
Split by topic
One topic per entry so the AI matches each question precisely instead of quoting the wrong section.
Keep answers grounded
Curate the exact wording the AI uses, confident it will never go off-script.
