Absolutely. Every eligible server gets a free 14-day trial of the Unlimited plan — no payment method required. The trial ends automatically, so there's no risk of unexpected charges.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your server will revert to the Starter plan.
Plans are per-server. However, with Unlimited and Professional plans, you can add up to 5 additional servers at a discounted price — up to 6 servers total.
For EU customers, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer (SEPA), paysafecard, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit (for selected customers), EPS, iDEAL, P24, Bancontact, Satispay, BANCOMAT Pay and Trustly.
